Important: Only two tiers include medication in the price — Men's TRT (testosterone + monitoring labs) and Metabolic Reset (GLP-1 medication). All other tiers provide access to services; medications and labs are purchased separately at wholesale (discounted) pricing. We don't accept insurance, but your membership fee replaces most of what insurance would cost.
