Important: Only two tiers include medication in the price — Men's TRT (testosterone + monitoring labs) and Metabolic Reset (GLP-1 medication). All other tiers provide access to services; medications and labs are purchased separately at wholesale (discounted) pricing. We don't accept insurance, but your membership fee replaces most of what insurance would cost.

HSA-Eligible Memberships
All VitaLife memberships qualify for Health Savings Account (HSA) payments. Use pre-tax dollars to cover your membership, reducing your real out-of-pocket cost. Pairs especially well with a high-deductible health plan (HDHP).

No. Your membership covers visits, provider access, and included services. Medications (except where noted as included, like TRT and GLP-1 in specific tiers), lab draw fees at wholesale pricing, and IV drips are separate but discounted for members.
Yes. Talk to your provider about changing plans as your health needs evolve. There's no penalty for switching.
VitaLife is a direct-pay practice. We don't bill insurance for membership services. We can provide superbills for potential reimbursement, but most patients find the membership cost is less than what they were paying in copays and deductibles.
No long-term contract. Cancel anytime. The Metabolic Reset Program is a 5-month commitment because it's a structured clinical program.
