Dr. Jacob Oldham, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon in Show Low, Arizona
26 Years. Mayo-Trained. Still Learning.
Dr. Oldham brings deep surgical expertise and a sports medicine background to VitaLife. He oversees our regenerative programs, leads our PRP protocols, and is building what comes next in non-surgical joint care.
Where the Training Comes From
Dr. Oldham earned his medical degree from Mayo Medical School (one of the most selective programs in the country) and completed both his internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Wilford Hall Military Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Military training grounds like Wilford Hall are known for producing surgeons who perform under pressure, work fast, and don't cut corners.
That background has spent 26 years treating conditions of the bones, joints, muscles, and connective tissues. Injuries, degenerative disease, surgical and non-surgical approaches. He sees the full spectrum.
He's bilingual in English and Spanish, which matters in a community like the White Mountains where access to specialists who can communicate clearly shouldn't depend on what language you speak.

Dr. Oldham's Role at VitaLife Longevity Medicine
Surgical Expertise Behind Every Regenerative Option
At VitaLife Longevity Medicine, Dr. Oldham serves as supervising physician and brings his sports medicine expertise to our regenerative joint care program. He oversees our PRP (platelet-rich plasma) offerings and is leading the development of our upcoming stem cell program.
PRP and stem cell therapy aren't a last resort before surgery. For many patients, they're the reason surgery never has to happen. Dr. Oldham's background lets him evaluate joint conditions with the same rigor he'd apply in the operating room, and then offer a non-surgical path that fits where that patient actually is.
If you've been told you need surgery, or you're dealing with joint pain that's been brushed off as "just aging," Dr. Oldham is the kind of physician worth talking to.

Outside the Clinic
Dr. Oldham and his wife Amber live in the White Mountains, the same community he serves. He's an avid skier, committed to the gym, and always up for an outdoor adventure. He knows what it means to want to stay active as you get older, which is exactly the population he's built his career around helping.
He and Amber raised a family whose grown children served LDS missions and are now building families of their own. He talks about them the way people talk about something they got right.
